In practice, there are career consultants and corporate consultants. One motivates and the other acts as an agent. Our outplacement consultants have but one aim: consulting your employees, our clients. None of our 160 consultants have administrative duties, so that they can fully concentrate on consulting our clients.
Experts in the field
Von Rundstedt HR Partners career consultants must meet extremely high professional standards. Our consultants have several years of professional experience, as well as management experience. They have experience in various industries and professions and have a tight network of contacts. We have 20 professional psychologists on our team who support clients with their expertise during outplacement.
Client and consultant: Two personalities, one view
Outplacement consulting begins with the optimal pairing of all new clients with a consultant according to personality. The chemistry, as well as professional background, must be right. We also have consultants in all relevant age groups.
The working relationship between consultants and clients is maintained for the duration of the consulting period unless clients request a change. Our career consultants are flexible and react well under pressure – also on an international level. Our team has a close working relationship with our international partner company MPS Ltd., allowing us to tap into international markets for our clients.
By the way: Discretion and continual further training are a matter of course for our career consultants.
