Von Rundstedt HR Partners' tried-and-tested approach to outplacement then begins with a four-step strategy. To follow are the fundamental ideals behind our concept, which we call the four R's.
What do I want? What are my skills?
Everyone starts with learning how to Recognize opportunities. This first phase is about reflecting upon your strengths and goals, visions and desires. You find out what type of work you enjoy and if you want to work for a large corporation or a small- to medium-sized company. During this phase, we work with professional potential analysis tools.
Keep your eye on the sparrow
The second "R" in our consulting concept is for Researching new objectives. When it becomes clear to you that you are suited to a certain industry and/or company type, you can begin working with our consultants to filter out compatible companies.
Job applications that get noticed
Have you not sent out a job application since you finished your education? Employees who were previously loyal to their employers over many years, and who never thought of changing jobs, need some job application training. Revising job application strategies and applying them to the market, along with learning how to optimally present oneself form the third pillar of our program.
A new position
Reviewing new job offers kicks off the last consulting phase. If clients receive one or more job offers, we offer assistance in the decision-making process and support during contractual negotiations. We also prepare employees for their new job.
As you can see, outplacement is much more than job application training, which is a widespread misconception. The consulting services provided by von Rundstedt HR Partners are much more than that. We start working with you before the job application process begins, and provide support right up to the first day with a new employer.
