Our Consulting Approach: A New Job through Personal Efforts
When people lose their jobs, it is usually a shock, whether they show it or not. People in this situation usually go through phases of different emotions of varying intensity. Fear is followed by shock; shock is usually followed by relief, and then anger and depression. We provide support to your employees during this dark period so that they regain their strength as quickly as possible.
Von Rundstedt HR Partners has developed a four-phase consulting model called "The four R's".
1. Recognizing new opportunities. This first phase deals with strengths and objectives, visions and desires. Your employees, our client, find out what work they enjoy and in what kind of corporate culture they perform best. During this consulting phase, we use professional potential analysis tools.
2. Researching new objectives is based on the new opportunities ascertained in phase one. If it becomes evident that a client is suitable for a certain industry and organizational structure, potential companies for possible employment are filtered out.
3. Revising optimal job application strategies and practically applying them to the market is the third pillar of our program. Employees who were previously loyal to their employers over many years, who never thought of changing jobs, have not only forgotten how to create a résumé and professionally apply for jobs, they have often not experienced the success of accessing the current job market.
4. Reviewing new job offers kicks off the last consulting phase. If clients receive job offers, we offer assistance in the decision-making process and support during contractual negotiations. We also prepare employees for their new job.
As you can see, outplacement is much more than job application training, which is a widespread misconception. We provide support right up to the first day with a new employer.
