Von Rundstedt HR Partners starts with determining a company's status quo. Then we develop a suitable competence model in collaboration with you, or we adapt your existing model.

This is an ideal basis for the actual conception of your individual management diagnostic process. It creates a structure for the selection, focus and assessment standards of the individual processes. The content of feedback and development measures is also oriented to your specific questions and requirements.

The competence model is also the basis for an integrated human resources management system, with which you can vertically structure hiring, advancement, promotions and qualification meetings with employees.
