The career consultants at von Rundstedt HR Partners are choice experts with experience and a tight network of contacts which we use to your benefit. Our consultants also have professional management experience in the areas of Finance, Production, Development, Marketing and Sales. All of our consultants are trained regularly, including international training in collaboration with our partners. This way, we can also provide you with services to exploit the international job market.
A twosome – the consultant and you
Outplacement consulting begins with working together to select the optimal consultant for you. If you are an experienced manager, you will not be paired with a junior manager.
Clients from the finance industry will naturally not be paired with consultants with an artistic background – unless it is your explicit request. Our basic principle: age and professional background should match up, as should the "chemistry" between the two people. This twosome is maintained for the duration of the consulting period unless you request a change. We aim to please our clients.
