Consulting program: Limited time period vs. unlimited time period

A classic consulting program is for an unlimited time period, which we call a guarantee program. Consulting is provided until your separated employee has found a new position with our help and has successfully completed the trial period. If a client does not become a permanent employee after the trial period, we continue to provide the client with consulting services. We also offer consulting programs over a limited time period, either as compact programs or manager consulting for four to six months.

Service plus: Job scouting, databases, work space

In addition to manager consulting, we offer additional services. Your separated employees can use client rooms at our branch offices to work on their job applications. Our client support department takes care of all related secretarial work.

Job scouting is also available. Our experienced job scouts are experts in job hunting and track down positions in the hidden job market.

We also offer access to established corporate databases and meta search engines for major job market exchanges. Clients registered for the online service have access to our services from anywhere in the world and can use our services seven days a week.
