At von Rundstedt, every employee is a co-entrepreneur. We integrate the company's goals into our work and act accordingly. We participate directly in the company's success - also financially. Individual responsibility is also very important at von Rundstedt. Employees organize themselves independently in regional teams and make their own decisions: About procedures, vacation planning and also about larger investments. Consultations with the team serve as a basis for decision-making.

Every employee at von Rundstedt can contribute ideas for the development of new services and business models and drive them forward to market maturity. To ensure that ideas are driven forward quickly, employees can devote 20 percent of their working time to this over the course of the year. The condition is that the work processes for the customer and in the team still function. The employee is responsible for this.

Opportunities for career development

With our talent training courses, we offer our employees a wide range of opportunities to develop their personal, social and professional skills. These include, for example, training courses focusing on telephone acquisition, negotiation tactics or project management. We also offer employees workshops on career management, social media and strengthening consulting skills.

For us, however, training is only one component of qualification. We are convinced that employees can develop above all when they take on challenging tasks and projects. We offer our colleagues a wide variety of learning paths and development opportunities to increase their creative freedom: We provide literature, offer opportunities for networking and collegial exchange, support job shadowing in other departments as well as mentoring of our employees by experienced managers. Career dialogs are held with supervisors to identify and implement individual opportunities for career development.
